Very poor app and service. Can only set drop off in the same area you are picked up in, even if the drop off would be only a few blocks away. Drivers often are 10 mins away for 20 mins, but there is no way to cancel even when they don't move at all. Overall very below par for similar services on other apps or in other countries.

Slow application, prone to crashing, long wait times, poor estimations of arrival time, no way to contact the driver (with a short window of time to reach the driver), poor user interface, inflexible payment methods, overpriced, and no improvements in sight. A good idea with poor execution. Only circumstantially convenient and reliable. Very stressful to use, and I can find cheaper transportation. Could have been a great service...but its not. What a shame.

Keep sending you annoying pop up notifications. Can't easily find the setting to turn them off. Also service is more expensive than regular grab taxi. Probably not worth bothering with this app.
